Citrus Group Warranty

Citrus Group’s products come with a limited warranty.

All HEF (induction) products have a 5 year limited warranty. Any defective lamps or ballasts can be returned and will be replaced at no charge (PLEASE NOTE. Customers will be responsible for shipping of the returned products both ways).

All LED Replacement Lamps are equipped with a 2 year limited warranty.  Any defective items can be returned and will be replaced at no charge (PLEASE NOTE. Customers will be responsible for shipping of the returned products both ways). Items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by the original warranty card.

All LED Wall Washers are equipped with a 1 year limited warranty.  Any defective items can be returned and will be replaced at no charge (PLEASE NOTE. Customers will be responsible for shipping of the returned products both ways). Items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by the original warranty card.

All audio products have a 1 year limited warranty. Any defective items can be returned and will be replaced at no charge (PLEASE NOTE. Customers will be responsible for shipping of the returned products).

This warranty is conditioned upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance. This warranty is not applicable to any product which is not installed and operated in accordance with the current edition of The National Electric Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters' Laboratory, Inc. (UL, ULc, cUL, ULus), Intertek (ETL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), Certification Europe (CE), the Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and with Citrus Group instructions and guidelines for the product in mention. This warranty is not applicable to any product subjected to abnormal stresses and operating conditions. Citrus Group shall correct any defects, at Citrus Group option, by either repairing any defective part or parts or by replacing any defective part or parts or by making available a new replacement product. This express limited warranty is extended by Citrus Group only to the original or first end-user purchaser. Warranty claims are to be made in accordance with Citrus Group published Warranty Service Program.

NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY BEYOND THE AFOREMENTIONED WARRANTY PERIOD. The foregoing warranty is exclusive of all other statutory, written or oral warranties, and no other warranties of any kind, statutory or otherwise, are given or herein expressed. This warranty sets forth Citrus Group responsibilities regarding the ballast and claimant's exclusive remedy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Citrus Group will not under any circumstances whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenues, loss of use of product or any other goods or associated equipment or damage to any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facilities of services, down time cost, or claims of claimant's customers. Citrus Group liability on any claim of any kind for any loss or damages arising out of, resulting from or concerning any aspect of this agreement of from the product or services furnished hereunder shall not exceed the price of the specific product or products which gives rise to the claim. This warranty gives the claimant specific legal rights. The claimant may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province or country to country.

Any Citrus Group products which have been modified, misused or damaged by power surge or act of nature do not apply for warranty. Please make not of wiring instructions, voltages, wattage consumption, weather ratings, and ideally use surge protection to ensure your products longevity and proper use. Citrus Group warranties do not include the cost of the labor to replace the lamp, ballast or fixture.
