Shipping Rates & Policies

• Citrus Group offers you only prime shipping rates to ensure the lowest cost to our customers

• Orders for in stock items will ship the same day or the next business day

• Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday (Monday Holidays excluded)

• Most orders will ship via UPS or DHL

• Email will be sent with UPS or DHL Shipping Tracking Number with a confirmation your order has been received and processed

• Orders status is checked by your invoice number emailed to you

• For Orders shipped outside of China, a shipping charge will be added to your order and you will be notified of the cost

• You may also check your shipping rates in the Shopping Cart section before Checkout

• To take advantage of the most aggressive shipping rates products ordered should be in excess of 10 units
